so you know those crazy die hard women who make homemade bread and never buy store bought bread and grind there own wheat?? well im privileged to say i've joined the club!! hahaha its a little crazy i know. my new years goal was to change the way we eat in my house. i want to eat a lot healthier! i strongly believe that by eating healthier and/or eating a certain diet could really improve your health. and we all know jeff needs all the help he can get. for christmas my parents gave us a juicer and a wheat grinder. so i've been juicing and making wheat bread. today we were eating sandwiches and my kids kept saying this is the best bread ever! i told them i made it and Brydee said.. i can tell it has so much flavor!! i thought that was interesting. but really i have to say it did taste really good. i don't think i'll use white flour ever again. and seriously i need to take and post some pictures of my kids!! Brielle is going to be 4 months next week! dang time goes by way too fast!!!

So i don't know about you but i grew up with a good home cooked meal every night. and it usually could never be duplicated cause my mom hardly ever used recipes and when she did use a recipe she never followed it. for the first few years of marriage i stuck with the same 7 recipes and just rotated them! ha! but now im loving cooking and having fun in the kitchen. i notice im starting to cook like my mom. i'll read a recipe and then alter it (like i could make it better or something? :) its mainly because i gotta work with what i have :) but anyways... so 2 nights ago i marinated and slowed cooked ribs for 7 hours! we never ever have ribs but i've ben wanting to make some really good ribs and they were on sale and such a good deal i couldn't pass it up. but i wish i would have! they turned out awful! and it wasn't because of me! it was terrible quality of meat! it was all fat and plastic tasting! i usually always get my meat at costco and i should know better to buy ribs at walmart but i just can't pass up walmarts prices.... but there is a reason there at that price right? so after that complete failure we took the ribs to roxy and she loved them! (my sisters boxer dog :) so last night i made some speghetti! even while im writing this im laughing. i feel like speghetti is no better then having cereal or chicken nugggets for dinner, not nutrition wise but easy cheap wise. BUT dang it was so good!! some good old fashion speghetti with some sausage meatballs and some homemade garlic bread!! dang it hit the spot! how funny that i tried so hard on my ribs and they were crap and then the next night made some speghetti and it was divine! hahaha gotta love it.

Have you ever heard the saying "cleanliness is next to godliness"? well if that's true me and Satan must be buddies. hahaha you have to admit that's pretty funny! but seriously i feel like i get up every morning send my kids off to school then clean ALL day while there gone then we do home work when they get home, then make and eat dinner then hang out as a family then bed time. and I'll look at my house and think what did i even clean today??? then i start over the next day with the same schedule only to find out i can never get on top of it!! AND there is no such thing as being caught up on laundry! By the time i do a load of colors then whites, greys and blacks i am starting all over again with the colors! there is always going to be laundry to do! my problem is balance! I'm either trying really hard to accomplish it all, but then I'm ignoring my kids and yelling at them for who knows what and driving myself crazy going behind them literally and cleaning up behind them or literally taking the toy out of their hand to put away just to make sure everything is clean and put away! haha or my house is in complete chaos! like i said i lack balance. i haven't quite figured it out yet. anyone else like me? props to all you moms who got it down. you can tell by this post I'm having "one of those days." :)

Jay Jay is hilarious!! He has been asking for a Santa hat for a while now so when i was at walmart today i picked him up one. when he got home from pre school and saw it he about died!! He thought i was the best mom in the world! anyways he lined up the kitchen chairs to look like reindeer and he kept acting like Santa all day today. but he had to take it one step further... while i was on the phone with his auntie Jill i saw him shoot down the stairs like a rocket and smash into the front door!!!! hahahaha im laughing so hard just typing this!! honestly i don't think i even asked him if he was ok i just laughed uncontrollably! i mean seriously what was h thinking?!! he said he was in his sled wanting to fly or something like that. i tried taking pictures of him but he was still crying.

JJ loves going to papa Trasks house!! we go their every Saturday and whenever we get there he goes straight to the chicken coop! He gets a bunch of weeds and sits down in there and they just cover him and eat. I think they love him as much as he loves them :)

oh and see that adorable Yorkie in the back ground? she is for sale to anyone willing to pay anything for her! hahaha she is 7 years old and needs to go to a home where she can sit on the couch all day and get loved. not a house full of little grand children who pick on her. a perfect Christmas present! she is pure bred and 3 1/2 pounds! she looks terrible in the picture but she cleans up nice!

I was on my parents computer today looking for a specific picture and while looking i got distracted... here are some random photo's that bring back alot of memories!

These first couple of pictures are me and my sisters. It was the first time we went to go spoil ourselves and we went and got pedicures!! SOOO FUN!! and miss and love that car!

hahaha i had to throw this picture in. This is heather and Brandon and baby Jesus. haha and William. they were Mary and Joseph and baby Jesus up at tuachan. we went and watched them at was freezing cold!! William was only 3 weeks old? if that. they had to get special permission to use a live baby instead of a Doll. he was wrapped up really good so he was plenty warm and he slept the whole time! good job guys! Jeff and I were asked to be Mary and Joseph and have Brielle as baby Jesus but it was the same night as our ward party. and the kids were in the nativity at our ward party. maybe another year? :)

Halloween

Brydee was a mermaid. JJ was pirate and Bailee wanted to be a pirate too!!! People would say oh their so cute and i would point to Bailee and say he's a she!! they would laugh and say she is adorable! hahaha what were they gonna say? But honestly she was adorable as a pirate! For Brydee's Halloween parade at school jeff drew a mustache on Bailee but for actual Halloween we didn't. Thanks a ton to Chloes Grandma who made Brydee's mermaid costume!! (a neighbor friend)

We had a ton of fun trick or treating this year! I have to give a shout out to my brother in law Cameron! At the trunk or treat there was a chili cook off and he won this year, beating out my mom which is a tuff thing to do! His chili was super good! I had 3 or 4 bowls!!! :)

labor story

The hospital called us at 2:00am to come in and get induced! I called my dad and he came over and slept here with the kids so we didn't have to wake them up and bring them somewhere. by the time we got to the hospital and they put my iv in it was exactly 3:00 am. i was naturally already dilated to a 3 and having some what regular contractions so we were all hopeful it would be a quick labor. so they started my potocin or however you spell it. and the contractions started coming on harder and stronger. after an hour of being there the Dr broke my water. I wanted to try to take the contractions as long as i possibly could cause i was dreading getting my epidural! i was so nervous to get it cause the last time i got it it hurt so freaking bad!! it didn't hurt with the first 2 but the last one did!! so i waited till i was a 6 and then asked for it cause once i hit a 6 i go stinking fast after that. when he started to give me the epidural i felt a shock and my leg and butt started to jump. hahaha i cant really explain it. so he tried again. once he put it in right i started to feel sooooo light headed and nauseous and i said i was going to pass out! well everyone that knows me knows i can be dramatic but i have proof! hahaha i seriously passed out! well i guess i did cause i woke up laying down with oxygen on me. apparently Jeff took pictures! Jeff said i was out for a few minutes! after that i was OK i was just really drugged up. i didn't like the feeling so i said to lower my epidural medicine. next thing i knew i was in the worst pain of my life yelling at them to turn my epidural medicine back up!! hahaha see i can be dramatic! anyways at 9:30 I gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby girl. I was in labor for a total of 6 1/2 hours and i only pushed 3 times, not too bad. Here are just a few pictures. my wonderful sister Heather took pictures of my beautiful baby girl when she was only 4 days old! I'll post those in the next day or so.

so yesterday I went into labor and delivery for a simple test. while i was there they monitored me. I was contracting every 3 min. they kept me for 4 hours, thinking that they would admit me but i never really went into active labor. so we both agreed just to send me home and they said they thought i'd be back by morning. well... last night i contracted ALL NIGHT! but it never went into full blown labor. the contractions sucked but they were bearable. so i was up all night watching every infomercial there was. seriously every one.. the magic bullet, the total gym, wen hair care, the shark vacumn, bare minerals, and everything else you can think of. and sence i was up all night so was jeff. at around 3 brydee woke up crying and complaing that her throat was killing her and she couldn't swollow. she had a high fever too. she threw up today and just feels awful. bailee and jj are healthy and bored as ever. i've been wanting to rest all day today, im exhausted from being up all night and cleaning up throw up and trying to entertain 2 other bored kids. im making the story sound like ive had no hepl. jeff has been helping me but between the 2 of us we are equivilent to 1 parent! ha! i have to repent and admit what i did. while i was out getting brydee's prescription i picked up a red box!! terrible huh! well hopefully the lord is understanding! :) ANYWAYS.. im scheduled to get induced anytime between tonight at midnight to any time in the moring. im just suppose to wait for them to call me. hopefully brydee starts feeling good soon cause i'd hate to leave her if she is still not feeling good. and pretty dang sure heather isn't going to watch her if she is. so all i can pray for is is that the medicine and blessing she got will help her wake up and feel like a new healthy kid. i'll keep ya posted on how it goes!!! wish us luck!

Good news & bad news

so what do you want to hear first?? ok we will start with the good news..... I am poasting this blog fom my house!!!!!!!!!!!! hahahahaha! jeff and I have been married for over 7 years and have managed to get by with out having the internet all this time, but EVERYTHING is electronic at Brydee's school and i was never aware of what was going on. so.... we went to walmart bought the cheapest lap top they had and we get free wi fi from our house thanks to our wonderful amazing neighbor who gave us their pass word so we could have the internet! so no more excuses for not blogging now right?! :) now for the bad news... im still pregnant! ha! im so over being pregnant! I know that sounds so bad! im not being a baby, i have had 3 kids and im use to it right? wrong! this pregnancy has been so much crappier! haha seriously my body is falling apart. i am 25 years old and i feel like im 85! i debated taking a picture of my leg and posting it but i knew my family would die. whenever i show my family my leg there response is something like, oh my gosh i just threw up in my mouth! or, don't ever show anyone else that!! haha its terrible to say the least. its black and blue and swollen. and my back gives out on me all the time too. im in pain all the time and i still throw up everyday. by the end of the night im a wreck looking. but im almost done! there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I honestly cant wait to see this baby girl! i wonder if she'll look like brydee or bailee? and we still don't have a name yet!! i know can you believe that?! my dr appt is wednesday and they are going to strip my membrains and they said if i haven't had the baby by 39 weeks they'll induce me if i want. so that would mean 6 more days? i could do that! hopefully wednesday's dr appt will do some damage and i won't have to be. I'll keep ya'll posted.

who would have thought she would be this little in weight after seeing her when she was a new born. she looked like a sumo wrestler!! (or however you spell it). Today at the dr appt the dr asked if she knows how to play with other children. I said no! she is such a little bully! its so weird cause sometimes she can be so sweet. let me just explain... yesterday we were out at my parents house and bailee pushed baby Lucas down for no reason then right after she did it she tried to help him up and asked, "are you ok?" she is so twisted! im hoping she grows out of it sooon! Bailee has been wearing panties for the past month or so. she is completely house trained! no joke! as soon as we leave the house she doesn't understand that she STILL needs to go potty in the toilet. either that or she is just too busy playing to tell me she needs to go. so when we are at home she wears panties and when we leave the house the diaper goes on. i keep hoping she'll figure it out but a month has gone by and it hasn't clicked yet! will see..... here are some pictures that heather took of bailee on saturday. when you ask bailee to say cheese she looks at you and cheese's it as big as she can AND closes her eyes!! hahaha you'll see for yourself its kinda adorable.

Brydee had her Kindergarten graduation today!!! She was the CUTEST one there!! We came over to grandma's afterwards and auntie Heather took a ton of pictures of her. I couldn't decide which one's to post so I posted almost all of them!

ok so you know how if you do a good deed or service and if you do it with a bad attitude or grudgingly than it doesn't count and you don't get the blessings? well same thing goes with dong a good deed or service and patting yourself on the back the whole time thinking your so great! hahaha dang it, oh well. so.... I came over to my parents house today like we do EVERY saturday and noticed that the grass was really long and i thought that was a little strange cause my dad AND mom are really good about ALWAYS mowing the lawn. so i thought i'll just do it real quick and bailee would love to go for a ride. (since its a riding lawn mower) I went to get it and the lawn mower wasn't in its normal spot so I looked all over the backyard for it with out any luck. I went in the house to ask heather if she knew where it was. apparently it was in the shop so thats why the lawn hadn't been mowed in a while. so I went searching for an alternative and found this old ghetto push lawn mower. I got it started and let me tell you it SUCKED! It was ridiculous! I couldn't believe how stinking hard it was to push and turn it!! I thought to myself this is going to take me FOREVER! and it did!! I thought i was going to pass out a couple a times!! I know I can be dramatic but seriously it was so freaking hot outside and so freaking hard to push I really thought i was going to die! hahaha but I'll tell ya what, my mom and dad will sure be surprised when they get home!! they went to go baby sit tiffany and camerons kids cause its there 7 year anniversary! CONGRATS guys!
So I know i haven't posted in like over a month and then i post THIS. hahaha!! I have been meaning to post a ton of pictures and give you a re cap on how its been going. its on my to do list, along with.. get caught up with laundry, do the dishes, mop my floor, finnish my YW lesson, go grocery shopping, etc., etc.!

ok so I haven't posted in forever!! Today is a raining day so I thought it would be a perfect day to catch up on my blog! These pictures were taken a few weeks ago. The top 2 pictures heather edited to look nice cause you should have seen how dirty Jay Jay's face was!! haha thanks sis. The other pictures are all just the 2 girls. sorry jayge you were somewhere off playing with the boys in the dirt.. maybe in the chicken coop at the time? :)

(below) these pictures were super funny.. I was mowing the lawn (riding lawn mower) and the kids were running from me like i was chasing them and screaming and laughing. Bailee was histirical. she had to take off her shoes so she could run faster! too funny.

The last couple months have been fun and full of excitment. never a dull moment. Brydee has been doing great in school and will be graduating kindergarten in the next couple a months. Jayge is getting so big its hard to believe he wont be starting school next year cause he misses the cutt off date. He loves animals and loves playing in papa's chicken coop. haha!! Bailee is growing up. she is in nursery now and is starting to grow more hair, YEAH!!! she LOVES her brother and sister. They all play so well together. Jeff and I have been so blessed to have such good kids.

A fun thing we've done recently... We had a camp out a couple weekends ago!! It was a BLAST! We got our own tent and -30 degree sleeping bags for christmas this past year. We were in heaven when it was freezing cold in the morning, thanks to those sleeping bags! My little family had so much fun camping I told jeff we've gotta make it a tradition and go a ton!! every month baby!! haha will see.

Every year my mom does "notes" they are cleverly written poems that guide us to a room in the house to were our "big" gift is at... this is me and Jeff reading them for the kids. We look forward to these every year! This year she just did them for the grand children and all the notes were folded into paper airplanes.

We all went out and played football in the back yard. It was such a nice day, the sun was shining and not too cold. It was seriously warm enough to wear a short sleeve shirt! It was A LOT of fun, until the next morning when it felt like I had gotten hit by a truck! I couldn't move! I didn't realise how out of shape I really was!

After our Christmas at my parents house we all went over to my grandparents house to wish them a merry Christmas. We rode in Style in the back of the trailer caroling on our way! :)

My son the pirate!! He got it for Christmas and wore it to my parents house. He would NOT take that thing off ALLLL day! The eye patch and earring were a permanent fixture in every picture!

Too bad none of my own children like to take pictures with me! This is little Sid and me on Christmas. She loves me!

Brydee.. school update

At the beginning of the School year Brydee started off at Bloomington Elementary, where me and some of my siblings went and also where my mom drives the school bus. After attending their for a few weeks we found out that Brydee got accepted to George Washington Academy. We struggled with the decision of what to do, do we keep her where she was or start her over at a new school? When all was said and done we decided to change schools. She is at a private school and she has to wear a uniform every day it is darling! On Wednesday Brydee had her back to school parent teacher conference. This is what the teacher had to say...

The teacher changes the kids seats about every week so they can sit by someone new. The teacher said EVERYONE fights over who gets to sit by Brydee! She went on to say that at recess EVERYONE wants to play with her! Cause she is so sweet and nice. The teacher said Brydee includes everyone and she is nice to everyone and people attract to that. As far as academics go she is doing AMAZING! She definitely gets her smarts from her Aunt Amy cause its not Me or Jeff, or the whole Trask side for that matter. hahaha! Brydee is becoming such a good little reader, She can sound out all her letters and tell you what something says! she would read all day or have someone read to her all day if I let her. She is doing great in math too, maybe the only thing is the teacher said when the math problems are side ways instead of up and down its harder for her to do. (Don't worry Brydee, same for me too and I'm 24!) But maybe other than that she is excelling and doing great!! Brydee has come such a long ways in these last couple a months especially socially. She use to be really shy at school and only fold her arms and cry every day she had to go to school but now she is blossoming into a beautiful smart little girl and Me and her dad couldn't be prouder!! Love ya Brydee!!

Sunday was my parents day to have us all over for dinner. It was a disasterous dinner. hahaha I had to say that cause my mom is SOO hard on herself, if it doesn't taste perfect then its a disaster. We are not picky eaters by any means but this dinner was... We will just say we've had better :) ha! After dinner was great we went outside and sat on chairs and it felt so good! We went up to a cabin last weekend over labor day weekend. It was a lot of fun. MY whole family (my parents, all my sibling and their spouses, and their children) all went together. It was a lot of fun!

The cabin is nestled up the Selina Canyon in Utah, it sits on about 40 acers, has three stories and slept all 12 adults and 8 grand children easy! It's about a 3 hour drive for us. It was nice to get away and enjoy the out doors! We had NO cell phone service, no TV, no Internet, just the pleasure of one anothers company! We had a lot of fun! It was all made possible by my sister in law Andy! it is her family's cabin. thanks a lot Andrea!

Brydee's first day of Kindergarten! The cool part is is that she is going to the same elementary school I went to from 1st grade on. AND my mom is her bus driver! haha, she is so sweet and so timid and shy and I feel like I want to protect her and shelter her in her little bubble for the rest of her life but I know she needs this to learn and grow, socially and mentally.

hahaha Bailee is actually wearing the same shirt as Brydee but you cant tell because we edited it so much.. I got them for $1 at Walmart!! (and Heather makes and sells these flower clips! they are adorable!)

We got there early so Jay Jay played on the play ground with Brydee. Jay Jay's shirt was also $1 at Walmart!! Jay Jay was as big or bigger than the kindergartners and he still has two years before it's his turn! Most people can't believe he's only three!

I have amazing kids and I could never pick one over the other. I haven't taken any pictures of the kids in months!! So this last weekend Heather took some pictures of the kids and I think they turned out way cute.. but I do not like how grown up Brydee looks!! Wow so much has happened in the last couple of months... My sister moving, my Brothers wedding, Mothers day, my little nephew Lucas being born and so much more. We've been busy.

Bailee is getting to be so big. She is crawling everywhere and pulls herself up and walks against the couch or whatever she can walk around. Her 9 month stats are

I was shocked how little she weighed, 16 lb! She turned 10 months on Saturday! My little baby is growing up.

Jay Jay may look just like his dad but he doesn't always act like his dad... Jeff will try to teach him how to punch and play fight but he always starts crying and says.. NO dad I don't want to hit you, I don't want to hurt you!! hahaha. Bailee on the other hand is JUST like her dad.. she is a scrapper. Jeff says she is the son he always wanted!! Hahaha. We love our Jayge. Yes I said Jayge. When we went to the park a few months ago he was playing with a kid and jay jay said whats your name my name is Jay Jay but my friends call me Jayge! haha what? I had never heard that before. So now we call him Jayge, alot. Jay Jay is a BIG kid. Sometimes I forget that he is three and expect too much out of him. He is a good kid and knows about 6 Articles of Faith.

Brydee is the best! If I could pick favorites it would be Brydee, hahaha jk. Seriously though Brydee is the best. She has such a pure heart. She is so obedient and... PERFECT! ha! Just ask Grandma or any of her aunties, they'll tell you.

I am so Blessed to have these 3 kids! There the best and bring so much Joy to mine and Jeff's life! Hopefully the next 3 will be just as good! :)

The other day I was trying to take some pictures of Bailee, I haven't been taking very many pictures lately and in the life of a 9 month old that is an eternity. They change so fast. I wanted to take some "nine month" pics of Bailee and we thought we would make it fun and add some fun girly boas. After Trying to capture a picture of Bailee for a few minutes I looked over and saw Brydee darting up the stairs. My original thought was oh no she is sad and feeling left out I need to go give her some attention. But when I went up stairs she was riffling through the dress up bin to find herself an out fit too. I said how about we take some pictures of YOU too? She of course loved that idea and so this was our impromptu photo shoot of the other day.

Yesterday we went to the park and it was such a beautiful day! (notice the tank top Bailee is wearing?) It was hot, funny thing is the high was 65 but it felt SOOO much hotter. I didn't think to put sun screen on cause its FEBRUARY but she didn't burn thank goodness!! I was going to post pictures of all the kids but decided to turn it into a Bailee post since I never did a 6 month update for her and now she is almost 7 months now!! She is growing up way too fast!!! I hate it I wish she would stay baby like for longer! She is JUST starting to eat well from a spoon and she can ALMOST sit up with out help. Its pretty sad cause my 2 older kids crawled so early and JJ walked at 8 months and Brydee 9 months. Bailee however can't even sit up by herself quite yet! I know why, my family gets after me everyday... they say I always hold her and I never put her down. Which is true. I DONT WANT HER TO GROW UP!! hahaha I'll get over it eventually. Its because she is such a good baby and so stinkin' cute!

New Year, New Goals

I have been terrible at blogging the last couple months and about taking pictures! We've been busy... For Christmas We stayed home and it was great. On the 26Th we celebrated Christmas with my family at my parents house, which was fun. We then traveled down to California on new years eve and had a party at my sister in law Jill's house. That was a blast but we left early to put the kids to bed. (well the kids were in an excuse cause honestly anyone who knows me knows I DO NOT stay up late! : ) so i missed mid-night but no big deal, I was awake long enough to eat enough junk food and to play the wii with everyone:) anyways... then Sunday we went to Jill's ward to see her baby get blessed. That night we drove out to Stacey's to stay at her house and woke up Monday morning and went to DISNEYLAND!! It was WAY fun but WAY busy, but what do you expect its Disneyland. The rest of the week we stayed at my in laws and we drove home Saturday and I had to teach Relief Society the next day!! Ya that's my new calling, I teach the 2nd Sunday of every month! Not the funnest. I feel so inadequate!! Something else not so fun is... Jason has us all RUNNING!! He gives us deadlines like we had to be able to run a mile under 8.5 min and by the 9th. now our new deadline is by the end of the week we have to run a mile and a half without stopping. I just finished running 2 miles and did it in just under 15 min (I feel like death!!!) hahaha! Its fun to see us all improving and getting in shape.

so i know i've been terrible lately about posting and taking pictures of the kids. Bailee is getting so big and all you family in Cali haven't seen pics of her in like a month you'll be shocked how big she is. anyways..... so last week Heather and I loaded up all the kids (tiffany's 3 kids, my 3 kids and heathers kid) and went to smiths (grocerie store). heather got all the older kids out of the van and had them all hold hands and walk into smiths i was tagging behind holding 2 infant car seats and 2 diaper bags! ha! some lady pulled up beside me in her truck and rolled down her window and said, "it could be worse, you could be that pregnant women up there with 5 kids"! (she was pointing to heather) i laughed and said she's with me! the lady about died laughing! it was hillarious!

Last night me and my sister heather took the kids to the park. Brydee is really good at doing the monkey bars by herself but... this time she slipped off the bar and fell. she cried alot but me and heather thought she was going to be fine. We brought her home gave her some tylenol and read them some books and put them to bed. the next morning she woke up crying and not being able to move her wrist cause it hurt so bad. Jeff took her to the dr and apparently she broke something! poor thing! so she has to wear this cast for a month and is instructed to ONLY take it off when she has to bathe. the dr said if she takes it off more than that or if it continues to hurt too much than they will hard cast it. I guess they try to avoid the hard casts now so that kids can take them off for bath time and itches and so forth but if kids don't keep it on than... hard cast it is. she has to wear this for a month!!

We went to the washington pool for family night, well the whole week we have gone (we got a free week pass) and the kids love it. well brydee and Jay Jay do, Bailee just sleeps the whole time! we go at about 5 o'clock and stay till closing at 8:45!! we bring the kids pajamas and we shower them in the lockers and they fall asleep on the way home. They love it! They think its so cool to shower there. My mom thinks its ghetto. HA!

Yeah we decided on a name.... Bailee Jaine Davey! I let Jeff put his twist on things and let him spell it the way he wanted and this is what he chose. Not too out there it could have been alot worse. So I don't know how I forgot my camera on our family vacation but I did! We headed down to Mesquite on Sunday the 28th right after church and we brought the kids with us for the first few days. Brydee and Jay Jay loved the little water slide they had there! They went down it ALL DAY! (As long as Jay Jay didn't go under the water he was happy) It was so nice to get away and just have fun and relax. Although there wasn't much relaxing with Jay Jay. not until my sister came and picked them up on Wednesday, then it was heaven! (Sorry kids) Jeff's birthday was Thursday and he turned 29! That night when we were sleeping I woke up soaking wet! I know I didn't pee my pants but... I wasn't due for another 4 weeks!! so could i have really broken my water? I wasn't having any contractions and we didn't want to get up and pack everything and drive threw the gorge at 1 in the morning so we moved over into the other bed in the room and tried to go back to bed but I couldn't relax until I knew for sure the baby was fine and it wasn't my water breaking. at 7 i was up and packed and said LETS GO! so we headed back to St.George and spent the most part of our Friday in labor and delivery. They wanted to do a simple swab to see if my water broke but they couldn't cause we did the hippidy dippidy in the last 24 hours and apparently if you do, it will show a false reading so they monitored me and did an ultra sound. my amniotic fluid was low and I was having contractions steadily every 9 min. (nothing to serious though that often times happens) so we decided that nothing was too bad and so they sent us home but I am on strict orders to take it easy and if I leak anymore at all they will have to take the baby. So.. will see how long I can last.

I am 28 weeks Friday. I had my appointment today and everything is great the baby is measuring right on time. I am now weighing in at 148!! (I started at 125) I know who post there weight right?! hahaha I don't care when your pregnant you are suppose to gain lots of weight and eat for 2! (thats my theory anyways) you'll never see me watching what I eat or exercising for that matter, when im pregnant! :) well we still don't have a name picked out for her... we are waiting for Jeff to receive his inspiration/revelation, haha (freak). I like Bailey, Jersey and Jeselle. Im not offended if you don't like them my family has made it clear they HATE them! Well they say Bailey is ok. The name is the least of my worries, right now I am trying to just get through summer and summer hasn't even begun, but its been in the 90's all week! What does that mean its going to be like in June and July?!

This post is long over due. A little over a month ago we got snakes! YES, snakes! We were at the pet store one saturday afternoon (as we often do for fun) not intending on buying anything and Jeff and Jay Jay were looking at these snakes and a family came up to them and said if your interested in getting a snake we have 2 and we will sell you the 2 snakes and the cage for a really good deal. Jeff looked up at me to see my reaction cause he knows there is no way in HE** I would ever own a snake let a lone 2!! but the family actually lived in our ward boundaries but they must not be members cause we don't know them. anyways needless to say we went and looked at them and the kids and Jeff loved them so much I couldn't say no. Jeff was so shocked he couldn't believe that i said yes. As crazy as it sounds I'm really glad we got them cause the kids are in heaven and not a day goes by they don't hold them. you would think after a month they would be old news but no they LOVE them! especially Jay Jay!! The family we got them from are awesome and we practically got them for free!!

So this believe it or not was a couple weeks ago when we had a couple days of warm weather. I was watching Tiffany's kids and thought Id let them play at my parents house in the back yard and let them enjoy the weather. It was still officially winter yeah winter, not spring or summer... needless to say we are getting a little excited for it to be summer! We turned on the hose a tiny bit and let the kids take turns wetting each other. They had a blast!

This was Jay Jay's turn. HAHA lets just say Beckham and Jay Jay don't always get a long. This is pay back for all the times Beckham picks on Jay Jay. :)

IT"S A GIRL!!

For those of you who didn't know... I'M PREGNANT!! We are so excited! I have been wanting to have another baby for a while but it just never was right, Jeff was sick or not working but the feeling from wanting to have another baby changed to we NEED to have another baby. I told Jeff and he asked me are you sure its not just you wanting another baby? He prayed about it and said you are right. I am not kidding you when I tell you it took us one shot! hahaha I know too much info!! well so far everything has worked out so well and Jeff has been pretty healthy and has had work! Anyways... I had my ultra sound yesterday and it is a girl and on Friday I'll be 20 weeks (half way). My sister Tiffany is also pregnant and due 6 weeks before me and is having a girl and my cousin is pregnant and due a week after me and having a girl!!! How fun right?! Feel free to leave a comment and tell us your fav. baby girl names because we all know if we don't figure out a name before this baby comes Jeff will take it upon himself to name the baby what ever he wants, and we do not want that AGAIN!! :)

The kids love baby William, they are so sweet with him. They always help out and play with him. It is good practice for when a baby comes to our family!This is Brydee "reading" to William, haha.. it is actually a photo album of me and jeffs wedding pictures. Jeff and I took the kids one saturday to jumpin jacks. Its a place with tons of bounce houses and slides for little kids! The kids had a blast! We definetly need to go back again! Oh and i walked up one of those slides to take beckham down and I almost had a heart attack!! wow am i out of shape, it was not easy!

Visiting Teaching Message

OK so I know I have been terrible lately with blogging. I've been out of it the last month or so but I'm hoping to do better. So for the last 6 months or more I have been wanting to post the visiting teaching message or high lights from it that I like so those that don't get the Ensign or for those who don't read it ( you know who you are) haha or visiting teachers don't come or you don't go..... you get the picture. I know I only have a week left till the month is up so pretty much not only do I procrastinate 6 months but I wait till the end of the month (ya i know i suck) better late than never right? so for the month of January...

Too Cold!!

So i have been behind on post so I did a few today so make sure you see them all! As you heard it has been snowing like crazy here and the kids have loved it but now they are done! haha they are just too cold! We were all at my parents house when it was snowing so we all came out and made a family of snowmen!!

I just can't believe this we have lived in St.George for the last 16 years?? (pretty sure) and it has NEVER snowed like this here before! school was cancelled, well school has been cancelled because of snow before like 2 other times but nothing like this! It was like a freaking blizzard! It was awesome! except for the fact that there was alot of accidents. My brother did a 360 on the road in his NICE car coming over to my parents the night we made the snowmen and on his way home he did 2 more!! the roads were so dangerous!! he didn't ruin his car though and he is fine, but scared crapless!! haha! The kids loved the snow untill they got to cold then they hated it! It has been fun having a white christmas holiday this year!

These are a bunch of pictures taken in the last week. Me and Heather attempted to take pictures of all the grandkids matching. I don't think we got one good picture! haha seriously if it wasn't one kid it was another. They were pretty cute in their matching outfits. Brydee was such a big helper with william. We would only trust brydee to hold william during the pictures.
The story with Jay Jay on the tractor is.... Jay Jay loves to mow the lawn with grandma and grandpa he loves that "Tractor" (lawn mower) but it broke down and is un repairable so now its jay jays play tractor and he wouldn't get off it all day!!
We went to watch a nativity at tuacahn and Heather and Brandon were mary and joseph and baby william was baby Jesus. it was neat and the kids loved it. before it started they had santa their and so the kids went and sat on his lap. its been a fun week.

Thanksgiving

Jeff and I went on Vacation to california for 10 days and we took the kids to disneyland 5 times and we also were their for thanksgiving. We ate at my sister in law Staceys and it was fantastic. She and her husband made all the food we were just in charge of dessert. pretty easy for me. well she went all out she had crafts for the kids and decorated the tables beautifully and had all these fun things for us it was so nice! She is so talented at stuff like that! Thanks Stacey it was so much fun!

It was a beautiful day today. We took the kids to a near by pond and had a pinic. We only ate maybe 2 bites of our sandwiches and fed the rest to the ducks. There was some normal size ducks and then there were swans and geese and they were huge! They were as tall as Jay Jay! They would eat out of Jays Jays hand and he wasn't even afraid. Me on the other hand when i had a flock of those things coming at me i ran! haha thats why you saw jeff helping feed them and me far in the distance taking pictures. Some of them were mean and would get frustrated if you didn't feed them fast enough. One bit Jay Jay and he didn't even cry. All in all though it was fun!

I thought these were cute pictures of Brydee and her papa. My dad is cutting and trimming all the bushes so we can put up christmas lights. We are going to put them up next monday for family night! yay can you believe christmas is just around the corner?!

Baby William was born 7 lbs 10 oz. 19 inches long. He is way cute and never cries! (give it time :) It was very hard trying to find pictures that were appropriate to post ha ha you got to understand that Heather delivered at 1:30 AM so we were taking pictures in the wee hours of the night so we were hyper and..... ya we were having fun trying to pass the time. Mallory, mom, dad, me, and Brandon's parents stayed for the baby to be born everyone else left about midnight. I actually saw the baby coming out. It was....... absolutely amazing and disgusting! ha ha I didn't want to look and yet I couldn't look away. Mallory on the other hand was in the bathroom dry heaving and threatening to throw up. ha ha I'm dead serious! Well Heather did a great job and I'm sure will write more about it on her blog so I'll let her tell you.

We had a fun Halloween! We took the kids to sky west, thats were jason and mallory work and we trick or treated their. Than we went to our wards trunk or treat. Than we went to my parents truck or treat. They had a chili cook off and to no ones surprise my mom took first place! (she is an excellent cook) THAN we went back towards home to our ward bounderies and went trick or treating. The kids got way too much candy! It was a long day but a lot of fun.

Another Camp Out!

So its about that time again for another camp out. It was my dads birhtday last weekend and what better time than to have a camp out. It was freezing! Brydee and I were the only ones to come in the house in the middle of the night, evryone else made it through the whole night! (mom, dad, Brandon, Heather, Jeff, corben, & Jay Jay) Tiffany and Cameron slept in the motor home, close but not a tent so Im not giving them credit :) It was alot of fun. Here are so fun pictures.

This is a funny picture because everytime Jay Jay would get by the fire he would put his hand over his face like this and say owee my face is on fire! haha it was so stinking cute and funny. He hated sitting by the fire, or atleast too close to the fire.

If you have seen the movie 'Blue coller comedy tour', you know that saying, "here's your sign."
So me Jeff and the kids met my parents at Walmart. They also brought Corben with them. We shopped around and goofed off for a little over an hour. When we headed back out to the car to leave, the car was running!! Yes the car was running the whole time we were in Walmart. You are probably thinking what kind of idiot could get out and shut the door with out turning off the engine? well you see my dad got out and left the car running as he got Corben out of his car seat, than he shut the car door and just walked away and totally forgot to turn off the car or just thought he allready did. So i kinda understand a little bit but still i couldn't stop laughing! So to all my relatives in Cali... if that would have happened in Cali would my parents of come back to a stolen car or would it have been there? Agin I repeate, "here's your sign."

Catching Chickens and Mice

Let me just say as soon as my mom reads this she is going to kill me. She warned me not to do a post of this. At least I didn't post pictures with it! ha ha
so..... my dad was moving the chicken coop to the other end of the coral. In the process of moving it the chickens were out running into the tamaracks ( tamaracks are those annoying trees and bushes that grow like crazy out here by the river! ) There was nothing we could do until we moved there coop and put it back together. My dad started moving the coop and mice started running out from under it when they moved it! Cameron and my dad got shovels and were hitting the mice and killing them. They were everywhere! It was so disgusting! once the chicken coop was moved there was a big pile of nasty, poopy, dirt. My dad started digging up and messing around with the dirt because mice were hiding in the nasty poopy dirt! They had built tunnels through this stuff and living in there. Cameron and my dad were digging up the dirt and the mice were running in all different directions out from under it all. After they had moved all the dirt and there was no more mice running or hiding, the grand total of mice killed was 45!! Let me remind you that this is way out back by the horses and I have never seen a mouse in my parents house. ( feel better now mom? ) The kids are loving every minute of this excitement. Corben was even picking the dead ones up by there tails and putting them in a pile! ha ha the kid has issues! OK now that the mice are all killed and the coop is in its new spot we have to go catch the chickens. They were in places we couldn't get to because of how thick the brush was so we sent the kids in it to scare them out. Now imagine 3 kids that are 2 and 3 yrs old on there bellies in this stuff, army crawling to get to the chickens. These kids were amazing! long story short we caught all the chickens it just took us an hour! All in all it was disgusting and actually fun ha ha!! ONLY BECAUSE the kids faces and the fun that they had was priceless! Now if you are not disgusted by this post YOU have issues :)

So I haven't done a post in FOREVER because my camera broke! Ya after only 2 weeks! I figured I should at least write whats been going on even if there is no pictures.... Brydee gave her first talk in primary and did a fantastic job, thanks to her dad. Brydee also has her first primary program next week and she has had her part memorized for weeks ( she is such a good kid ). Jay Jay had his 2nd birthday a few days ago and got tons of dinosaurs, dragons, a ukulele (which is what he has been really wanting) and tons of other things. That kid is so spoiled! Poor Brydee was like don't I get anything? We kept telling her your birthday is only a few months away and since she is the only grand daughter on my side of the family she is bound to get spoiled! ( tough life huh? )

Water Park!

I thought this picture looked cool. Its jeff enjoying the water. This is a splash pad outside. Inside is the pool and slides.

There our 2 slides. (Red & blue) Brydee will go up & down them all day! The bucket up top will fill up with water and then dump on top of you!! There is also a lazy river which was Jeffs favorite, he would do that all day if he could.

Last week we went to this water park almost everyday. We got a free week pass so we wanted to make sure we got our moneys worth! haha (I get it from my mom, the cheapness that is) Anyways we had so much fun we would stay there for hours! let me just tell you that the kids would sleep so goood at night!

Camp out

I know I post a lot of pictures!! You have to understand though that I took about 100 pictures so narrowing it down was super hard so only picking 10 was pretty good for me :) So my dad wanted to have a camp out with all the grand kids and all the adults thought it would be fun too. We had tin foil dinners, homemade ice cream, popcorn over a fire and smores!! ya you could say we all broke the word of wisdom and all over ate! It was so much fun though. My dad had this big tent, we all started to sleep outside and slowly but surely everyone ended back up in the house because it was way too hot!! BUT my dad and Corben slept out in the tent all night. It was 98 degrees at midnight! When we were sitting around the camp fire ditto was barking like crazy and the kids went to see what all the fuss was about it and it was a frog! Jay Jay was so fascinated with it. Well over all it was a way fun night just super hot! Seriously who goes camping in the desert in July?!

We came over to my moms house and busted out the slipin n slide and the kids loved it! I even went down ( but like im going to post that ). I took so many pictures of Jay Jay and every picture he had fruit in his mouth! That kid loves fruit. He calls all fruit that is round an apple, even if its a plum. He is a weirdo. Good thing he is so stinkin cute! And Brydee was thirsting and drinking the water that was shooting out, you can see her tongue coming out in one of the pictures. haha I don't know what kid is weirder.

So this night we went to go watch Heathers husband Brandon play in a baseball game and while we were there we saw these HUGE dogs! They were the nicest dogs they were just so big. They were as tall as Brydee. There heads were the biggest things ever. They were Mastis dogs or however you say and spell that breed. Oh and Brandon won his game. Good job Brandon!
